At The Third Ward Community Health Collaborative (TWCHC), our mission is to unite, strengthen, and activate community organizations to improve the health and wellbeing of Third Ward residents through shared power and collective action.

 We have received grant funds from the Episcopal Health Foundation! Our funding is managed by the Third Ward Community Cloth Cooperative Fund Management Corporation.
